The aircraft will continue Las Palmas – Belo Horizonte tomorrow. The aircraft is in 30J/318Y configuration and wears LATAM Airlines livery. This is the sixth A350-900 for the airline although two aircraft remain on lease with Qatar Airways.

Airbus A350-941 MSN027, LATAM Airlines Brasil PR-XTB, arrived into New York JFK this morning as JJ8080 from Sao Paulo Guarulhos (depart Sao Paulo Guarulhos 29th April), however it was unable to operate tonight’s return JJ8081 due to a technical issue.

Airbus A350-941 MSN100, Qatar Airways A7-ALU, was delivered Toulouse – Doha this evening as QR3350. The aircraft is in 36J/247Y Qsuites configuration and wears Large Logo/Medium Oryx livery. This is the 23rd A350-900 delivered to the airline.

Cathay Pacific A350-900 B-LRC Returns from Melbourne.

Following its diversion and delay into Melbourne yesterday, Airbus A350-941 MSN034, Cathay Pacific B-LRC, departed Melbourne in the early hours of this morning operating yesterday’s delayed CX134 Melbourne – Hong Kong as CX134D.

Cathay Pacific A350-900 B-LRG Returns from Perth.

Following the technical issue it encountered yesterday, Airbus A350-941 MSN053, Cathay Pacific A350-941 B-LRG, departed Perth late this morning operating yesterday’s delayed CX170 Perth – Hong Kong as CX170D.

Cathay Pacific A350-900 B-LRC CX135 Sydney Diversion.

Airbus A350-941 MSN034, Cathay Pacific B-LRC, operating CX135 Hong Kong – Melbourne (depart Hong Kong 21st April), diverted via Sydney this morning due to long weather based hold times at Melbourne. Arrival into Melbourne was eight hours late leading to this morning’s CX134 Melbourne – Hong Kong being delayed until tomorrow.

Delta A350-900 N502DN Seoul Incheon Technical Issue.

Airbus A350-941 MSN135, Delta N502DN, arrived into Seoul Incheon in the early hours of this morning as DL27 from Atlanta (depart Atlanta 20th April), however the aircraft’s scheduled return to the US as DL158 Seoul Incheon – Detroit was cancelled due to a technical issue.

Thai Airways A350-900 HS-THM Operates Bangkok – Kuala Lumpur Rotations.

Airbus A350-941 MSN189, Thai Airways HS-THM, operated the TG415/TG416 Bangkok – Kuala Lumpur rotation this morning and the TG417/TG418 Bangkok – Kaula Lumpur rotation this evening in place of the usual Boeing 777-200ER/300/300ER. A350-900s are now intermittently scheduled on these services.

Airbus A350-941 MSN138, China Airlines B-18909, operated King Mswati III International Airport in Swaziland – Taipei Taoyuan as CI1588 this evening carrying Taiwanese President Tsai Ing-wen following an official visit.

French Bee A350-900 F-HREU Returns from Bordeaux Maintenance.

Airbus A350-941 MSN005, French Blue F-HREU, which has been under maintenance at Bordeaux since 12th April, positioned Bordeaux – Paris Orly this evening as BF901. The aircraft has had its French Blue titles replaced with French Bee titles.

Airbus A350-941 MSN197, Vietnam Airlines VN-A897, was delivered Toulouse – Hanoi this afternoon as VN98. The aircraft is in 28J/35W/211Y configuration and wears Star Alliance silver livery. This brings the Vietnam Airlines A350-900 fleet up to twelve aircraft.

Following the earlier technical return of CX157 Hong Kong – Brisbane to Hong Kong, the delayed service was subsequently operated this evening by Airbus A350-941 MSN137, Cathay Pacific B-LRT.

Airbus A350-941 MSN164, Delta N505DN, operating DL295 Atlanta – Tokyo Narita was at 28,000 ft to the north of Detroit this afternoon when it turned back to Detroit for a safe landing following a technical issue.
